Popped in with my partner for dinner, and all I can say is WOW! The food was delicious, we both haven’t visited before so asked our waitress Ella for recommendations - she was incredible and we couldn’t have asked for better service. We will definitely be back soon simply for the service alone. Thanks Ella and the Lone Star Rolleston team.

Attended an event for a birthday here. Roughly 30 people attended and we had the outside patio area all to ourselves. The staff were very lovely and friendly. The ribs were delicious and good portions. Everyone had 5 choices of meals to choose from. If you have the budget to throw a big birthday definitely consider this place.

Called in for a quick drink & a bite early Sat evening with our two dogs. Been there often with them & the staff are always amazing & say hi to the boys. Special mention to Kaitlynn who was serving us & ran to stop us leaving as I forgot my birthday pav! Bought it to me as a takeaway, Great food & even better service!!

First time to go to Lone Star Rolleston. We ordered steak, pork and ribs. The food so tasty and quite big portions. Have a lot of guests on that day. We will come back again to try the others menu. For me I have recommended.

Amazing the staff were amazing and the Pina colasa tasted like I was in the tropical islands they cooked my poached egg to perfection and honestly I would go back!!!! What a waaaaaaay to start the long weekend thanks again Lone star never a disappointment

Always a pleasure to dine at Lone Star, the Redneck ribs is always a favourite. My son loves to order it all the time. Staff are hospitable, smiling, lovely customer service. In between 3 weeks of dining, the menu has changed and the slaw is additional $5 to your meal. Regardless of, I still enjoy my meal without the slaw, as the first round of dining it has no flavour at all.
